INGREDIENTS
1 kilo ground beef
1/2 kilo ground pork
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup parsley
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 tablespoon Worcester sauce
2 medium eggs
1 cup semi-skimmed milk
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Form into balls and brown in the oven or in a skillet. Serve with a rich beef gravy.
Very tasty served hot with pasta.
